Millie ( black ) and Riley (white/black ) have been here a long time now,do they not deserve a home of their own.Dogs have come and gone ,yet these two are still here.They don`t have to be homed together,they were kennelled together for a long time but it was decided to split them so they wouldn`t get too attached to each other so they would have to be homed together.Millie is currently kennelled with Jim and Riley with Caoilfhionn.
MILLIE:Millie is a very loving ,people dog.She lies upside down in the morning to get her belly rubbed before she moves so I can get her bed done.When Millie came here at first she pulled like a train on the lead.She will pull a bit at the start of a walk but soon settles down.Millie gets on with greyhound boys but isn`t keen on the girls.Millie is a friendly ,loving hound and would fit into a household where she is the only dog ,or she could be homed with a male greyhound.Millie could not be homed with a cat.Millie has white flecks through her coat,she`s a lovely looking girl and her coat comes up beautifully when brushed,which she loves.Millie is spayed and vaccinated,ready to go.
RILEY:Riley has also been here a long time.He loves people and is a friendly outgoing boy.He gets on well with whoever he`s kennelled with.Riley is quite a tall dog and goodlooking( he thinks so). Riley walks well on the lead and is well behaved,he`s neutered and vaccinated.Riley could be homed with another greyhound,preferrably a bitch,or he is happy on his own.If you can offer a home to either of these dogs ,please get in touch with the branch 01470 511705.
